A Lakeside Couple’s Session
I am calling these two my lakeside lovebirds: meet Devon & Kyle! This was an evening session just before the Fourth of July weekend and it happened to be my first shoot since February. I’m so thankful these two gave me the opportunity to dust off my camera and trusted me with their portraits, out on the water! I am totally obsessed with their photos, Devon & Kyle are so beautiful together and I can feel their love through these images.
Devon & Kyle have been dating for seven years and are destined for each other. They balance each other so beautifully (Kyle is spontaneous and Devon always has a plan!), they both have a sense for fun & adventure and they each are so artistic and creative. The lake was a perfect choice for their shoot location, both are major water-lovers and it happens to be Devon’s favorite place in the world. When they can’t be at the lake, these two spend their summer weekends either floating down rivers, jumping off of waterfalls, or driving down to the beach. Needless to say, they were in their element when I asked them to kick off their shoes and head out on to the dock with me.
I hold these two so close to my heart, in fact, Devon is my sister and Kyle feels like family. I am so happy I get to be the one to capture their love, in all their chapters and seasons in life. Check out their latest portraits and enjoy the scroll!
